What I Ate

  • 1.5 banana pancakes
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 ciabatta roll with fresh shrimp and shredded onions
  • 1/2 artichoke
  • 6 oz of salmon
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1/2 cup strawberries

Exercise

  • 1 hr walk
  • 1 hr of tennis

  • 1/2 slice of plain whole wheat bread
  • Iceberg salad
  • 1.5 cups of grapes/raspberries
  • shrimp salad sandwich

Exercise

  • 1 hr walk
  • 20 crunches
  • 20 side crunches
  • 20 squats
  • 20 lunges
  • 10 push ups
  • arm band exercises
  • 20 leg lifts
  • 20 hip bridges
