im so scared guys! this is my first weigh in. i dont know what to expect.. i just keep imagining me stepping onto the scale and not having lost any weight at all. I don’t know what i would do if that were to happen… ahh guys im freakin out!!

Day 7 (Jan 31):
What I Ate
- Apple
- Steak/Lettuce Sandwich
- Orange
- Slice of cake ;)
- Hamburger
Exercise
- Ran 2.2 miles (oh yee!)
- 30 leg lifts on each side
- 20 reverse crunches
- 25 crunches
- 10 squats
- 10 push ups
- 25 hip bridges
- arm exercises with the rubberband
- 50 jumping jacks
- 15 mountain climbers
<3, <3 (that's 30 leg lifts on each side!!), :), and :o
oww! dude soo not cool! and i just got back from like a 2.4 mile run… uugh and push ups are soo painful! be afraid for the set imma send you
why i love tumblr
i love tumblr so much. whenever i dont feel like working out i go on here and i look at all the thinspo blogs im following and all the beautiful fit and toned bodies that i want for myself and i actually get excited to work out…? ha who wouldve thought…

- chicken fajita

- 10 push ups
- some arm workouts with a workout band
