January 8 2013
Today was the first day of school after break and I was feeling pretty lethargic. Fortunately, I was saved from curling up in my bed with a hot cup of tea and my computer by my friend calling to see if I wanted to go to the gym.
uh, is that even a question?
Anyway today’s workout:
20 min on the elliptical varying resistance from 6-12 and incline from 1 to 10
20 min of weight training
20 min of abs
What I ate today:
I was doing really well until I got back from the gym and happened to open my fridge and see my absolute favorite ice cream just sitting there!
Apple
Turkey sandwich with swiss cheese and lettuce
Banana
10 M&M’s
1/4 cup oatmeal with 1 egg white
1.5 cups of icecream :/
half a bagel
1/2 cup of pasta (cooked) and 1/2 cup of marinara sauce.
oh and did i mention i drank over 112 oz of water today? holla!
