It really is a lifestyle change
Soo now that I’ve reached my goal weight and surprisingly maintained the same weight for over 3 weeks i realized that throughout this whole process i actually learned how to live healthfully. I still eat cookies occasionally and treat myself to ice cream or froyo, but i do so in moderation. I also have recognized the value of exericse in that my body is more agile and strong. Its great to grab a pull up bar and amaze yourself by lifting your body from the ground. I still cant get over that feeling. … wowow haha lots of writing. haha ok bye nowww
